My friend and colleague, Mary, helps me more than she will ever know or take credit for. She calls me to just say hi or to check on how I am all the time. Recently, she offered many days of her time to help me catch up my workload. I injured my neck a few months ago, and can't seem to catch up my work on my own. She has generously donated to me at least two weeks of work (80 hours) .

You know who your true friends are when they come to your rescue when you are in a hard place in life. I am on track to catch up now, and the only reason I see a light at the end of this depressing long recovery is because she stepped up and truly helped. I have tears in my eyes right now thinking of how blessed I am to have such a great friend. Mary has 3 children and a business, yet still took time to aid me. Thank you so much Mary! You had better call me the next time you need help-- so I can try to return the amazing favors to you.
