Every single day my son brings so much laughter, joy, curiosity and connectedness to our lives. Prior to having my son, I was highly driven with regards to my career and couldn't fathom my life being any different. Boy, has that changed! Now I couldn't imagine going back to my "old life" before my little reminder of the wonderful surprises life has in store for us. Rather then worrying about what meeting is coming up next, I find myself heartily laughing, rolling around on the floor and generally rediscovering the world from such a beautiful perspective. Don't get me wrong...I still work every day, but more importantly, I've learned to stop, relax and enjoy the boundless wonder of parental love.
