I was at the UPS store today to ship some items and buying some office supplies. I asked the store owner about a few items that I could not find on the shelves. He went into the back room and located the items I was looking for: a few pages of colored paper and some clear inserts for a 3-ring binder. When I went to pay, he gave me those items for free! He said they were slow movers and was happy to get rid of the stock he had. I greatly appreciate his generosity. Of course I paid for the other items and shipping, but I know that I will always make an effort to visit his store again. Not just for the freebies, but because he showed me that he was an honest and generous person. He's earned my business for years to come!
