Having been raised in a developing country I know how lucky I am to be living here in the U.S. And more than that I'm living in San Diego which is as close to paradise as it gets. Driving down the freeway I often recall and experience again the incredible feeling of gratitude I felt when I first moved here. It was all so clean, so beautiful, so new and modern.. just unbelievable. Living in developing countries does have its benefits but when compared with the wealth and opportunity that is America nothing compares.
